According to representative Alejandro Toro, the investigations announced against the president would also have to do with a ”institutional breakdown” which has already been denounced before international bodies such as the IACHR and the OAS.
Therefore, in response to the request of the president who invited ”all instances of the Historical Pact to meet immediately and the social forces of the country to prepare against the attempt to disrespect the popular vote” the meeting was called in the third floor of Condutramites, two blocks from Belén Park, commune 16 of Medellín.
