Litigators from the Attorney General’s Office of the State of San Luis Potosí (FGESLP) obtained an order to join proceedings against Blas “N” for the crime of qualified injuries.
On April 18, 2024, the subject in question reportedly injured two Aquismón municipal police officers with a machete; which led to his arrest through an arrest warrant completed by the General Directorate of Investigation Methods (DGMI).
After collecting the evidence data from the tax agents, a Control Judge informed the man during the initial hearing that the necessary elements were available to proceed with his involvement in the process.
Likewise, the judicial authority established a period of three months for the closure of the complementary investigation and established the precautionary measures section I and VIII of article 155 of the National Code of Criminal Procedures.
During this time, both the law enforcement agency and the defense will be able to continue providing evidence to the investigation, with the aim of resolving the legal situation of Blas “N”.
