DEGENERATE! They arrest him for drugging and raping an 8-year-old girl
He was on the run. He had sexually abused a minor and had a request for his arrest. In an exhaustive investigation promoted by the Ministry of Security, the Naval Prefecture detained him in the city of Posadas, Misiones.
The fugitive, 42 years old, was wanted by Justice since April 18, 2022, since he had abused a minor for three years, starting when she was 8 years old. Furthermore, to subdue her he drugged and threatened her.
The investigation to find this subject was carried out by the Unified Command for the Recapture of Evacuees, at the request of the plaintiff lawyer in the case, who contacted the Minister of Security, who from the first moment made available the Prefecture personnel who provides services in the aforementioned organization.
Thus, personnel dependent on the Criminal Intelligence and Investigations Delegation of the Prefecture of the Alto Paraná Zone, within the framework of joint work with personnel from the Complex Crimes Investigation Department of the force, began the investigations to find the whereabouts of the fugitive, who was intensely searched, both in the towns of Campo Viera and Posadas.
In this way and after thorough investigations, the prefects located the fugitive and after several hours of covert surveillance, they captured him in the vicinity of Av. Cabo de Hornos and Calle 57 in the city of Posadas. After that, he was placed at the disposal of the Investigative and Correctional Court of Monte Caseros, Corrientes.
It should be noted that the current father-in-law of the victim’s mother is also involved in the incident for which he is accused, a process that is being carried out by magistrates from the Corrientes city of Paso de los Libres.
