The Municipality of Córdoba, through the Ministry of Education, is participating in the XVII International Congress of Educating Cities, in Brazil, city of Curitiba.

Representatives from cities in the neighboring country and the world gather to debate and reflect on social, environmental, economic and education sustainability.

The different exhibitors will socialize their public policies, experiences and advances in socio-environmental issues, social innovation, reduction of inequalities, preservation and transmission of culture, belonging to the territory, recovery of public spaces, among other topics of relevance to the member cities.

In this framework, Secretary Alicia La Terza, who is accompanied by the Undersecretary of Initial, Primary and Modalities Education, will present the main lines and programs of the city’s educational policy, including those that are developed by other municipal departments as they are. conceives the Association of Educating Cities in its founding charter.

“This event is an invaluable opportunity to exchange ideas and experiences with our peers from around the world, addressing the contemporary challenges we face in education, innovation and inclusion,” said Secretary of Education, Alicia La Terza.

“We are committed to continuing to promote educational policies that promote sustainability in all its dimensions and that contribute to transforming our cities into more fair, equitable and educational spaces for all,” concluded La Terza.
