With the ticket to the Paris Olympic Games in their pocket, the Antilleans came back after falling 18-21 in the first set and showed their strength to win the remaining two with sets of 21-19 and 15-10, in a challenge of high tensions.
The victory materialized with 40 points achieved in the attack, three from blocks, one from service and eight from the errors of their opponents.
Their opponents in the grand final will be the world champions in Tlaxcala 2023, the Czechs Ondrej Perusic-David Schweiner, who swept the Dutch duo Boermans-de Groot on this day.
