La Gloria won 2-1 in Córdoba thanks to a late goal from Santiago Rodríguez.
Instituto beat Gimnasia 2-1 for the fourth date of the 2024 Professional League. El Lobo started with the result in its favor thanks to Matías Abaldo’s early goal but, with the help of Santiago and Gregorio Rodríguez, La Gloria knew how to recover to stay with the victory and end the undefeated record of the people of La Plata in the tournament.
The Wolf ate the Glory from the beginning. At four minutes and after a great team play, Matías Abaldo finished off Manuel Roffo’s far post to score the first of the game.
However, Instituto improved after the blow and about half an hour into the game Santiago Rodríguez received a pass from Damián Puebla and converted the tie from outside the area with his left foot.

Instituto managed to win at home after four games. The last one had been against Huracán 2-0 on matchday 9 of the last League Cup. For his part. Gimnasia lost for the first time in the championship and was left with seven points in the standings, like Gloria.
