Mirta Collante, representatives of Madres del Dolor La Rioja, announced the march against “judicial corruption” in La Rioja, to be held this Thursday at 10:30 a.m. in front of the Courts building. “We want to make visible the names of the judges who are suspected of corruption,” she remarked in an interview.

Collante in dialogue with El Independiente Media indicated about the mobilization, “corruption was always there. I was always clear and I have said it before the authorities of the Judicial Council when we met, the Superior Court, the previous administration when my son died. I always spoke about judicial corruption, it should not be surprising that I continue with the same position and time proved us right. Now we have other authorities, organizations at the national level where you can go to report and we are heard, something that didn’t happen before. I reached the Minister of Justice of the Nation during the time of President Macri, and I told him about the judicial corruption in La Rioja. That it was necessary for it to be intervened due to the high degree of corruption and I told him about the courts, the different judicial districts. In Chamical there was always corruption, Chilecito, Capital was not immune, at least what happened to me with Judge Barría, Farías, who acted in bad faith with my cause, and Farías with the cause of the little boy who died near the Parque de the City that they shot him with a rifle. “They are aberrant cases that have no justice because there is suspicion that there was corruption, that they would have sold the cases to the other party.”

He stressed that “we are faced with a power, a victimizer that has harmed us, taken the lives of our children, but there are influential people behind it. These facts are not clarified and it is regrettable. We have La Rioja of corruption, of impunity in justice. He always said it, and now there are the media, organizations that monitor, anti-corruption. They echo the claims.”

During the interview, Collante explained that they will march this Thursday at 10:30 a.m., with a rally at the Courts building to “make visible the names of the judges who failed, are corrupt from our point of view, who have poorly instructed the cases, and We ask that the process of changing the system by the Adversarial be accelerated, this does not go any further. This system we have does not give guarantees to the victims, but to the perpetrator. We invite the entire society, whoever is considered damaged, harmed in a labor, civil, criminal trial, the society that demands a change in justice, we are going to demonstrate in front of the Courts. “We want to make visible the names of the judges who are suspected of corruption.”
