They will present works in constant transition, generating different pictorial proposals. Each work will mutate into a new creative proposal with the intervention of guests. The inauguration will feature the participation of the dancer Josefina Mazzanti.
From Thursday June 6 The “Saint John in the Stained Glass” Contest will be held. Aimed at merchants who have their physical premises within the territorial limits of the City. Throughout the month you can join this initiative that seeks to encourage the decoration of stained glass windows with local and national elements that promote and revalue the culture and essence of the people of San Juan. Merchants from the four districts (Centro, Concepción, Trinidad and Desamparados) who have physical premises on the street will be able to participate in this call, as well as those who are within the participating shopping centers (Patio Alvear and Del Bono Shopping). It is a joint proposal of the Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Education, the City’s Department of Commerce, the San Juan Chamber of Commerce, Comerciantes Unidos, Patio Alvear and Del Bono Shopping; with the aim of promoting commercial activity in the City through the delivery of prizes and dissemination on the municipality’s social networks for merchants who participate.
Activities continue on Saturday June 8 at 4:00 p.m., with the theatrical guided tour of the City Cemetery. In this proposal, a special tourist circuit is carried out that involves the participation of actors who personify different heroes and personalities who marked the history of San Juan, and whose remains are found in the cemetery. Among the characterizations are: Antonio de la Torre, Paula Albarracín, Gen. Nazario Benavídez, José Ignacio de la Roza, Francisca Borja Toranzo de Zavalla and Emar Acosta.

This intervention will feature the participation of Roberto Suero, from the Museum of Photography, with the original cameras occupied by the photographers who were stationed in the portrait square.
