The Government of La Rioja and the General Services Sector Board reached an agreement this Monday, adopted unanimously, to approve the Public Employment Offer (OPE), which will reach 71 positions, 49 of them free shift.
In parallel with this call, the temporary employment stabilization process will be launched, which must be completed by the end of the year. Complying with the principles of equality, merit and capacity, it will convert 554 positions in the Autonomous Administration into indefinite ones.
Of the total of 71 positions, 17 correspond to internal promotion, a process that is not subject to the limitations of the replacement rate, a ratio to restore the losses of personnel produced as a result of retirements, leaves of absence and deaths. In addition, four places will be reserved for people with general disabilities and another for a person with intellectual disabilities.
This agreement will be submitted for approval by the General Negotiation Table scheduled for June 7, and will subsequently be submitted to the Government Council for approval.
