SANTA FE.– One 7 year old girl died yesterday afternoon, after falling from a game known as “Mechanical bull” and hit his head against the floor, in an area where there was no protection. It happened in One-Eyed DeerGeneral López department, 358 kilometers south of the provincial capital.
The minor suffered the accident during a birthday party, which took place on Sunday afternoon, in an event hall located at 1100 Moreno Street, in that city.
For reasons that investigators are now trying to determine, the minor was thrown by the game and fell in an unprotected area; Due to the blow, she suffered a serious head injury.
Due to the urgency of the case, she was immediately transferred to the Alejandro Gutiérrez Hospital in Venado Tuerto, although according to judicial sources she was admitted without vital signs since the doctors and paramedics who received her, despite the efforts made, were unable to reverse the situation.
Authorities of the aforementioned establishment confirmed yesterday that “the 7-year-old girl entered the guard without vital signs, apparently due to a head injury.”
Prosecutor Damián Cassullo, on duty in the Venado Tuerto Courts, requested the Municipal Court of Misdemeanors for temporary closure of the establishmenta measure that was completed at nightfall yesterday.
Meanwhile, this morning investigators began work to clarify the exact circumstances of the accident. Some witnesses indicated that the mechanical game could have gotten out of control, acquiring a rhythm of activity that is only usually used at parties for adults.

After the first measure ordered by the prosecutor, the closure of the premises, it emerged that the judicial official classified the case as a “culpable homicide” and will be the subject of investigation in the Public Prosecutor’s Office (MPA).

Meanwhile, judicial sources admitted that the prosecutor of the Public Prosecutor’s Office (MPA), Horacio Pueyrredón, who took charge of the case mid-morning after the actions of his counterpart Damián Casullo, on duty yesterday Sunday when the incident occurred , after evaluation of the experts’ investigation, could charge the owner of the gaming establishment and the operator of the “mechanical bull” which caused the minor to fall and her subsequent death.
“That decision will be officially known in the next few hours. The fact is that investigations are still being carried out to determine what happened,” admitted a judicial source to THE NATION.

For both, the prosecution would request the preventive detention for the crime of manslaughter.
