The Attorney General’s Office of the State of San Luis Potosí (FGESLP) through agents of the Investigative Police (PDI) executed an arrest warrant against Rodolfo “N”, for his probable participation in the crime of family violence.
The subject in question was reported to the prosecutor’s office by the affected party, after he had allegedly committed various attacks against his partner.
Due to the above, an agent of the Public Ministry assigned to the Specialized Prosecutor’s Office for the Attention of Women, Family and Sexual Crimes compiled the investigation folder and presented it to a control judge, who issued the court order against the accused.
So, when this was released, the operational personnel of the FGESLP implemented a surveillance device to arrest the individual on Antonio Rocha Cordero Boulevard in the capital of Potosí.
At the end of the protocol to evaluate his state of health, Rodolfo “N” was detained in the Social Reintegration Center No. 1, located in the La Pila delegation, awaiting the initial hearing, where his legal situation will be resolved.
