The interim mayor Daniel Cid González headed the Tuesday of Talacha, in which, together with personnel from the directorates of Municipal Servicesas well as Ecological Management and Waste Management and with the support of local residents, they carried out cleaning work, arrangement of green areas and rehabilitation of public lighting in the Lomas de San Luis neighborhood.

The municipal president of the Capital thanked the residents of the area and the City Council workers for their willingness to improve each of the areas where maintenance work has been carried out.

For his part, the director of Municipal Services, Christian Azuara, reported that many of the works began this Tuesday, but will continue all week on Río Kennedy Street, from Tanquián Street to Sierra Leona Avenue. The arrangement of the central median will continue with the pruning of trees, removal of weeds and dry plants; At the moment, requests to reforest with ornamental plants cannot be met, since due to excessive heat the plants could die in a short time.

Christian Azuara mentioned that various areas of the City Council work together, including the Welfare Secretariat, Public Works, Ecology, Lighting and the Management Unit of the Historic Center, among other.
