A noted man of sexually abuse his own daughter in Ibagué he was sent to prison.
According to the Prosecutor’s Office, the events occurred in December 2023 when the victim, 10 years old, visited his dad during the holiday season.
“During these days the man apparently kissed her on the mouth and touched her private parts. “Allegedly, he also showed her her genitals and made her watch pornographic videos,” stated the Prosecutor’s Office.
For this reason, the authorities captured this subject on public roads in the eighth stage of the Jordan.
Later, a prosecutor charged him with the crimes of violent sexual act and violent carnal access, both aggravated. Charges that were not accepted by the man.
Finally he received a prison security measure, while the investigation progresses and his legal situation is resolved.
Another man captured
Likewise, another father was captured for allegedly abusing and impregnating his daughter. Everything would have happened in the municipality of Icononzo, east of Tolima.
“The girl would have been subjected to various sexual abuses by her father since she was 9 years old, in a home located in the rural area of Icononzo, where she finally got pregnant“added the Prosecutor’s Office.
This subject was charged with the crimes of sexual acts with a minor under 14 years of age, abusive sexual intercourse with a minor under 14 years of age and violent sexual intercourse, all aggravated. Charges that the man did not accept having committed. He was finally sent to prison.
