The governor of Córdoba Erasmo Zuleta Bechara and the superintendent of Notaries and Registry, Roosvelt Rodríguez Rengifo, signed an agreement to implement the Single Registration Window – VUR and the Electronic Filing system – REL in the Department of Córdoba, which is part of the anti-procedure strategy “Simple State, Agile Colombia”.

In accordance with what was stated by the leader of the people of Córdoba, this new strategy seeks to streamline the procedures carried out by users before notaries and Registry of Public Instruments offices.

Likewise, it will simplify the services offered by the Government of Córdoba with regard to the Registration Tax, since it will allow the liquidation and payment of the tax to be shared online, for the subsequent electronic filing of the procedure before the Instrument Registration Offices. Public. “We want to make it easier and reduce the time of notarial procedures and the filing of documents subject to registration before the Public Instruments Offices of citizens, by integrating the technological platforms of both entities, which will allow users to carry out their procedures without having to go to the government’s income office located in the capital of Córdoba,” said Zuleta Bechara.

For his part, the Secretary of Departmental Finance, Alejandro Espinosa Otero, stated that: “the main commitment of this administration is to improve the competitiveness of the Department, since the Department’s largest investment will be allocated to the public education of the people of Córdoba, with the signature “From these agreements we will contribute to improving the income of Côrdoba.”

In this way, the department of Córdoba becomes one of the first in the country to implement this innovative system, which is a high-impact technological commitment that will also seek to ensure the collection of one of the most important revenues in the department of Córdoba, as part of the strategy to strengthen departmental taxes.
