Accidents in Mendoza

Every weekend, in Mendoza, multiple accidents occur on national and provincial routes. The situation is a problem that is increasing in each Argentine city. In particular, cases of accidents are detected with drunks behind the wheel who end up colliding with a third party or crashing alone against a tree or light pole and leaving them in serious health or even dying, as happened last Friday in Rodeo del Medio.

There are also accidents without alcohol levels that result in serious accidents every day on the streets of the province and on the main routes: South Access, North Access and East Access, also including the Western Corridor although the latter artery to a lesser extent.

According to specialists, the main reason for accidents (which do not include a positive blood alcohol level) is the poor condition of the brakes of the vehicles involved in the crashes.
