The National Government made official Yanina Nano Lembo in front of the Secretariat of Children, Adolescents and Family in replacement of Pablo De la Torrewho was ejected in the midst of the scandal over the collection of food intended for dining rooms and the suspicions of corruption that surround the Ministry of Human Capital.
With the endorsement of Javier Mileithe designation – dated June 5 – was published this Thursday in the Official Bulletinthe through Decree 490/2024 which bears the signatures of the president and the questioned Sandra Pettovello.
Nano Lembo is a former director of the Ministry of Social Development of the Buenos Aires government during the times of Horacio Rodríguez Larreta. The federal prosecutor Ramiro Gonzalez He initiated a criminal case to find out if there were irregularities in the offices of his Ministry. “The procedural object of the proceedings will focus on investigating the different contracts made through the Organization of Ibero-American States with the Ministry of Human Capital of the Nation and the Secretaries dependent on said ministerial portfolio, in order to establish whether there were criminally relevant conducts; and consequently determine the identity of each of those who participated in the maneuver,” the prosecutor said in his opinion.
