In this sense, he noted “and the regulations and statute of the CGT are clear, the constitutive and elective plenary sessions to carry out the renewal or election of authorities are done by the Secretary of the Interior of the General Confederation of Labor, no one else,” he remarked. .
Likewise, he stressed “we carried out, at that time, an elective process where we carried out the CGT and a CGT was established, with a certificate and national authorities, to Achín de la Fuente, Carlos del Giorno and Castro, that triumvirate had a mandate for four years, in “The process of ending the mandate, the pandemic began, and when it ends, authorizations are only given for the processes of renewal of authorities or regional normalization to be completed.”
He commented that in the case of La Rioja “it was a renewal of authorities, until the Secretary of the Interior of the General Confederation of Labor carries out this process again, the expired mandate is today, the only one left from that commission is Achín de the fountain. But, when Achín tells me that he was not going to continue, the CGT makes me the normalizing delegate of the process,” he said to clarify doubts.
He maintained that in this process “some colleagues say I am the CGT, and on this we insist there is only one CGT, as we have at the national level, with a common goal, to defend the rights of workers, maintain the structures, maintain the industries. We want to maintain this in the regionals, we have 70 normalized throughout the country out of 81.”
“This process, when someone says I am the CGT, I can’t tell them anything, from there they give you the recognition and the certificate of authority, the registration in the Ministry of Labor of the Nation, that someone wants to recognize you, We are not going to have anything to do with it, we carry out the steps as established by the regulations and statutes of the CGT.”
He specified that the note is clear “when it indicates that the regulations are violated, when someone does this and then proclaims that it has national approval, it is a lie, no sector has national approval. “I am the normalizing delegate and I will carry out the plenary session when the conditions and procedures are in place, as we have to do throughout the country.”
