The Military Criminal Justice charged the crime of aggravated disobedience to the Colonel Juan Carlos Suárez, who went to one partypresumably a concert, during the armed harassment that the self-proclaimed Central General Staff (EMC) carried out against the military units in Caucadepartment he went to assigned.
Videos circulated on social networks in which the attendance of the Colonel Suárez at the eventapparently, in the city of Caliat a time when troops were leading military operations to contain the offensive of the dissidents in that department.
As NotiCentro1 CM& learned, Colonel Suárez had gone to the party together with another companion from army.
