Among the 20 people captured by the Gaula Police on May 28, allegedly for being part of a group of extortionists from ‘Los Costeños’, it’s found Victor Manuel Osorio Vidalalias ‘Victor R’a young man who was doing mandatory military service.
‘Víctor R’ was charged this Friday, June 7, by the Attorney General’s Office for conspiracy to commit a crime and attempted homicide. The alleged perpetrator of the assassination act took off the sweatshirt he was wearing, was left with a white t-shirt, got on the motorcycle that was waiting for him and fled the scene.
The victim, fortunately, could surviveHowever, while he was in a clinic recovering, he received news from one of his workers.
This indicated to him that he himself ‘Victor R’ He went to the premises again and stated: “Is the message clear or do we need to kill them all?” and allegedly threatened them again, saying that if they did not pay, he would send them “in wooden pajamas to Calancala”, that is, in a drawer.

The merchant had no other option but to close the establishment, since the merchant indicated that he did not have the means to pay the extortion they demanded, it was more than $10 million, and there was already a monthly amount to pay.
This phrase from “wooden pajamas” was, according to the Prosecutor’s Office, frequently used by the members of this gang, who apparently worked under the orders of Carlos Alberto Ortiz Blancoalias ‘Slap’, of ‘The Costeños‘, imprisoned in prison Giron, Santander.
Osorio was captured while performing mandatory military service and the Police indicated that the acts that were accused of him by the Prosecutor’s Office were committed before entering the Army.
Next Wednesday, June 12, the hearing against these 20 people will continue and it will be decided whether they will be granted security measures.
