What started as a simple hike in North Dakota’s Hell Creek Formation in July 2022 could change much of what scientists know about dinosaurs, after three little ones made an impressive discovery of a fossil.
Brothers Liam and Jessin Fisher, along with their cousin Kaiden Madsen, They went for a walk without imagining that they would discover the remains of a Tyrannosaurus Rex very rare. According to the family, while they were on a walk with their father, Sam Fisher, The children found fossils that they thought belonged to a duck-billed dinosaur. After weeks of work, Finally, a helicopter was in charge of removing the bones covered in plaster and placed them on a truck that drove ten hours back to the Denver Museum.
