After participating in the Meeting of Tourist Municipalities, the Municipality of San Salvador de Jujuy deployed its tourist offer for the winter season in a special event in the city of Córdoba. The presentation, intended for tour operators, travel agencies and the press, took place at the Casa de Jujuy in Córdoba.
Luciano Córdoba, Secretary of Culture and Tourism of San Salvador de Jujuy, expressed his satisfaction with the reception received. “We leave Córdoba very satisfied, due to the good reception we had with the presentation of our destination, in the winter season,” he declared. “It is key to share the tourist and cultural offer of San Salvador in advance, and for that direct contact with travel agencies and journalists from other provinces always adds positively.”
For his part, Maximiliano Alustiza, director of Tourism Promotion, detailed the activities carried out during the event. “We were at the Casa de Jujuy and a presentation was made of the winter season offer in the city. The tourism offer was aimed at tour operators, travel agencies and the press in the city of Córdoba. All the activities that are going to be carried out during the month of July were counted: the winter walk, the guided tours that there will be, they also talked about the part of Jujuy Natural, the activities that the cultural centers will have, and the gastronomic and hotel offer that will be in the city,” he explained.
In addition to the informative presentation, the event included raffles for stays, dinners and excursions in San Salvador de Jujuy, which generated great enthusiasm among attendees. A wine tasting from the urban winery Antropo Wines was also offered, showing one of the region’s star products.
