At a time when several clubs announce works for their properties and stadiums, Racing de Nueva Italia seeks not to be left behind.

In this context, the Academy reported in the last few hours that the club will implement BIM in its stadium with the help of the company Voyansi, making it the first in Córdoba with a digital twin.

“In an unprecedented advance for the construction industry in Córdoba, Club Atlético Racing de Córdoba has implemented Building Information Modeling (BIM, which translated into Spanish is “Building Information Modeling”) technology in the remodeling of its historic Miguel Sancho stadium,” they reported from the institution.

BIM is a collaborative work methodology that allows you to create a detailed and accurate 3D digital model of the stadium, which includes all its design, construction and operation information. This digital twin will serve as an invaluable tool for project planning, execution and maintenance, optimizing costs, times and resources.

The implementation of BIM in the Miguel Sancho stadium marks a milestone in the history of construction in Córdoba, positioning Racing as a pioneer club in the adoption of innovative technologies that contribute to the efficiency and sustainability of projects.

This project is an example of how BIM technology can transform the construction industry, allowing the creation of more efficient, sustainable and higher quality projects.
