1,871 loans were guaranteed for $11,926 million. The SMEs that accessed this operation belong to the sectors: commerce and services, construction, industry and the agricultural sector and are distributed in 66 locations in the Province. One piece of information that reveals the success of the program is the compliance of SMEs, which reaches 98.3% of the total operations guaranteed by FoGaPam. The default rate is only 1.7%, a percentage significantly lower than that recorded by the commercial banking system, which is around 5%.

The main objective of FoGaPam is to facilitate access to productive financing for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises that carry out activities in La Pampa, through the granting of guarantees for access to this financing and economic and financial advice.

The organization offers the best guarantee that the financial system and/or the Capital Market can receive, according to the parameters and conditions indicated by the Central Bank of the Argentine Republic (BCRA).

The Pampeanas Guarantees Fund was announced by Governor Sergio Ziliotto in November 2020, as part of a set of tools to boost the economy of La Pampa. The initiative was sent to the Chamber of Deputies and sanctioned a few days later. In May 2021, the Central Bank of the Argentine Republic (BCRA) registered FoGaPam in the Registry of Public Guarantee Funds.

12 billion guaranteed
The Pampeana Guarantee Fund (FoGaPam) granted until May 31 a total of 1,871 guarantees to Micro Small and Medium Enterprises for an amount of $11,926,176,036 in 66 locations in La Pampa. The companies that accessed financing, based on the tool designed three years ago by the administration of Governor Sergio Ziliotto, were a total of 1,260 throughout the Province.

By activity
A FoGaPam statistical report details that the guarantees granted for productive activity were distributed as follows: Commerce, 702 (38%) for $2,859,922,797; Services, 260 (14%) for $1,493,804,757; industry, 288 (15%) for $2,877,109,118; mining, 3 (0%) for $78,282,578; construction, 132 (7%) for $1,154,330,768; and agriculture, 486 (26%) $3,462,726,019.

By regions
Regarding the distribution by region of La Pampa, it is as follows: Capital, 573 (31%); Center, 250 (13%); East, 180 (10%); West, 141 (8%); North, 649 (35%); and South, 78 (4%).
