Today some showers, rains and thunderstorms will be possible, mainly from Pinar del Río to Sancti Spíritus, which may become numerous and strong in the west and more isolated in the rest of the country due to the advance of a tropical wave through the seas south of the west in combination with an extended trough over the eastern Gulf of Mexico and local factors.
Maximum temperatures will be between 29 and 32 degrees Celsius, lower in areas where cloudiness and rain persist. At night temperatures will be between 23 and 26 degrees Celsius, higher in the south east.
The winds will be weak variables, except in the west during the afternoon when they will be from the southeast to the south with speeds between 10 and 25 kilometers per hour, up to 30 kilometers per hour in areas of the south coast with higher gusts.
There will be waves along the entire south coast, little waves on the eastern north coast and calm seas on the rest of the coastlines.
