At the regional levelIn Andalusia there are 594,643 vehicles that do not have the ITV in force, of which 272,681 are passenger cars, 153,942 are motorcycles and 168,020 belong to other categories.

10.3% of the vehicle fleet in Andalusia does not have the ITV in force: this figure is 7% in passenger cars, 23.5% in motorcycles and 13.8% in other vehicles.

Communities with more vehicles without ITV

Balearics (16.7%), Valencian Community (12.3%) and Catalonia (11%) are the three communities with the highest total percentage of vehicles that do not have the ITV in force or that have not processed the administrative deregistration. The autonomous cities of Melilla (20.5%) and Ceuta (16.4%) also register some of the highest percentages.

On the other hand, communities with a lower percentage of vehicles in this circumstance are Madrid (7.1%), Navarre (7.5%) and The Rioja (7.5%).
