Juan Daniel Herrera Márquez, 20 years old, was on a street in the La Feria neighborhood, in Bucaramanga, when a subject arrived and without saying a word shot him. His health status is stable.
A 20-year-old young man, identified as Juan Daniel Herrera Márquez, received five shots from a traumatic weapon, in the midst of a serious act of violence that is being investigated by the authorities.
It happened around 9:20 pm this Tuesday, June 11, when the victim was in block j of the La Feria neighborhood, in western Bucaramanga.

According to the story given by the same victim to the Police, an armed individual arrived at the scene and proceeded to attack him.
“The affected person indicated that he was one block from his house when he observed a person approaching him and, without saying a word, he pulled out a weapon and fired it at him repeatedly,” the Police reported.
After the attack occurred, the gunman fled the scene in an unknown direction.
Juan Daniel was helped by the community and transferred to the Santander University Hospital, HUS.

Fortunately, and given that the injuries were caused by a traumatic weapon, according to the authorities, the victim is stable and recovering.
This young man works as a clothing machine operator and lives a few meters from the site where the attack occurred. Police investigators are investigating the motives for this violent incident.
