The Cesar Family Compensation Fund (COMFACESAR) undertakes a series of dialogues to address issues of high impact for the department. This initiative of the Administrative Directorate seeks to contribute to regional development with the support of allies and experts in different areas.

The first of these events has been called Cesar: Territorio economically dormant “Visions and strategies to wake it up”, organized in alliance with BBVA, where the potential that our department has and the short, medium and long-term challenges under the visions will be discussed. of economic specialists who will meet this June 18 at the “Crispín Villazón De Armas” Convention Center.

The panelists on this occasion will be:
Alejandro Reyes, BBVA Research’s principal economist for Colombia, who is currently part of the country’s team of experts dedicated to the financial, sectoral and regulatory analysis of the Colombian economy. He was an Economist in the Programming and Inflation Department of the Banco de la República where he was in charge of the analysis of real activity, prices, the external sector and central forecast models. He also served as Professor at the Javeriana, Rosario, Andes and Sergio Arboleda Universities.

Jaime Bonet Morón, director of the Center for Regional Economic Studies of the Bank of the Republic. He is also a member of the decentralization mission convened by the Colombian government. He was previously linked to the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) and different Colombian public entities.

José Antonio Larrazábal: Economist and opinion columnist. With extensive professional experience in the fields of law, economics and sports. Among what stands out: General Manager and Co-owner of the Santa Fe de Valledupar School, Former President of the Valledupar Fútbol Club, Financial Security Advisor in Canadian companies focused on the marketing of financial products, legal director in the Ministry of Agriculture and the Government of Cesar . Likewise, he has worked as a university professor in Law and Business Administration programs.

The event will be moderated by Andrés Molina Araújo, director of the Radio Guatapurí station, who is a lawyer specializing in the areas of international business, corporate law, arbitration and administrative law.
