In a judicial proceeding, the National Police captured two subjects who are allegedly responsible for a homicide in Riohacha in the middle of a robbery, when a citizen tried to prevent the theft of the motorcycle that was driven by his daughter.
The operations were carried out in the capital of La Guajira and Bogotá, where they captured Yorjan Luis Ospino Monterroza, alias ‘El Mono’ and Yeferson Yesit López Crespo, alias ‘Mala Hora’, required by a Dibulla Court by the crimes of aggravated homicide, illegal possession of firearms and qualified and aggravated robbery.
According to the authorities’ investigations, these individuals committed a homicide on March 24 in Riohacha, with the victim being Dulis Rafael Acosta Mejía.
Alias ’Mala Hora’ records judicial notes for the crimes of drug trafficking, theft, damage to other people’s property, injuries and domestic violence. For his part, alias ‘El Mono’ presents judicial notes for threats, theft and injuries.
Those captured were placed at the disposal of the competent judicial authority.
