Gabriela Pedrali condemned the repression during the treatment of the project
The national representative for La Rioja Gabriela Pedrali repudiated the repression after the confrontation between protesters and members of federal forces, at a time when the draft of the Bases Law was being discussed in the Senate, while tear gas was thrown that affected, among others, to five deputies from Unión por la Patria, who had to be assisted by emergency services.
“First of all I wanted to reassure those who asked me and were concerned about my state of health, I’m fine! What is not good and is increasingly serious is the violence exercised by the national government by direct order of Milei and Minister Bullrich. Who do I hold responsible for the brutal repression that they are carrying out in the Plaza del Congreso, throwing pepper spray, violating and beating citizens, male and female deputies who express the rejection of this disastrous Bases law. As long as they continue with this model of dedication, poverty and adjustment, they will find us in the Institutions and also in the streets defending the Homeland,” wrote the legislator for La Rioja on her social networks.
