The Metropolitan Transportation Authority (AMT) authorized the new tariff schedule for taxis and remises.
Through its board of directors, the AMT decided to authorize the tariff readjustment of taxi and taxi services in the city of Salta. The new rate, which registers an increase of 33%, will come into effect at midnight next Saturday, June 15.
With the established changes, the taxi fare will be as follows:
Daytime
• Token every 100 meters or minute of waiting: $60
nocturnal
• Token every 100 meters or minute of waiting: $72
Regarding the pickup service, the new rate will be:
Daytime
• Token every 100 meters or wait from 1 minute: $61
nocturnal
• Token every 100 meters or wait from 1 minute: $73
About the tariff table and updating of watches
All vehicles affected by the provision of improper transportation service must display on the rear backrest of the driver’s seat the new tariff schedule authorized by the AMT.
It should be noted that taxi drivers and taxi drivers will have 30 days, starting from the new rate in force, to make changes to the clocks of the improper service.
