In the municipality of Tadó, Chocó, the body of Daniela Perea, a 16-year-old girl who had disappeared three days ago, was found. Despite the efforts of the authorities, the investigation process had not produced results.

Daniela’s body was found under a house in the San Pedro neighborhood in the urban area of ​​Tadó, showing apparent signs of sexual abuse and injuries caused by blunt objects.

It is presumed that Daniela’s death is related to the use of stones, which would have impacted her body. This tragic event has caused shock to social organizations in Chocó, who demand justice and a prompt response from the authorities to clarify the facts and bring those responsible to justice.

The Istmina Diversa organization headed by Lolo Palacios mentions that: “We demand concrete actions from parts of the authorities. We cannot continue to be silenced and silenced in the territory, the authorities have to listen to us immediately, it cannot be ignored that today, a 16-year-old trans minor has been murdered and there is no statement or social reproach.”
