“I think we are going to end up with rainfall around the 70 millimeters of water in the Metropolitan region, that does not change. What changes is the intensity at which it will fall and that makes a difference and that gives us a break,” he added in his report.
The meteorologist warned that the current scenario would have been double if the atmospheric river reached category 5, which was what was stipulated. According to what she mentioned, in the last few hours it dropped to category 3, but he assured that this is dynamic and can always changeeventually reactivating the atmospheric river.
