A Teen reported having been a victim of a gang rape last weekend in the town of Bialet Massé, province of Córdoba. There are four men detained in the case, three of them minors.
The incident, as reported by the teenager, occurred in a living place from the aforementioned town in Córdoba, in the Punilla department.
Because it is a crime against the sexual integrity of a minor, The investigative prosecutor of the city of Cosquín, Paula Kelm, handles the case with total secrecy and said that no data will be provided while the investigation is underway, although he did confirm the arrests of the accused.
Judicial sources also reported that the prosecutor ordered a series of raids to obtain evidence that can be incorporated into the case and that in the next few hours the accused They will be investigated and their procedural situation will be defined.
It is not the first time that a group rape has been recorded in Córdoba. Last year, the Villa Dolores Justice convicted three young people for the group sexual abuse of a teenager outside a bowling alley in 2022. Those convicted received sentences of 11 and a half years in prison.
In 2023, three other men were convicted – with sentences of between 12 and 14 years in effective prison – for having sexually abused a young woman on the road to Sugarloaf Mountain. According to the investigation, the girl knew one of her attackers from work, who offered to take her to her house in her Honda CVR truck. The man, who was with two friends, diverted the route and the group attack occurred there.
