A citizen whose identity has not been confirmed was injured in the hand after a subject shot him with a pistol while he was having lunch at a well-known restaurant located in Floridablanca, Santander.
Those who were around 36th Street and 22nd Street in the commercial sector of Cañaveral stated that several gunshots were heard on the afternoon of this Thursday, June 13.
However, the official information about what happened was provided by the Bucaramanga Metropolitan Police, which after the investigations carried out by the Sijin, confirmed that it was an attack by men who were traveling on a motorcycle and one of them entered the establishment. .
Major Diego Fernando Celis, commander of the Floridablanca Police Station, indicated that the injury suffered by the citizen was not serious and he has already been discharged.
“We cordoned off the site and collected evidence such as a security camera where you can see the subjects who committed the act, they fled on a motorcycle,” said the officer.

The wound would have been caused with a gun and the projectile hit the victim’s right hand. He was taken to a medical center and after receiving emergency care he was discharged.
Vanguardia learned that the citizen was on the second floor of the renowned restaurant and his attacker went there to look for him, who shot him and then fled on a motorcycle that was driven by an accomplice who was waiting for him outside the establishment.
The reasons for this attack are still uncertain, but the citizen victim of the incident is recovering in his place of residence with an impact on his hand. The progress of the investigations carried out by the Sijin of the Mebuc Police is expected to clarify what happened.
