21 young people who were selected for this new edition – infopico.com

The Minister of Government and Municipal Affairs, Pascual Fernández, led this morning the opening of the training program for future political leaders promoted by the Government of La Pampa together with the Federal Investment Council.

Gastón Travella, representative of the Federal Training Program “Management for Development”, and the general director of Territorial Planning, Gabriel Reiter, were also present in the Agreement Room, who welcomed the 21 young people who were selected for this new edition.

Those registered are young people between 21 and 35 years old with tertiary or university training and a vocation to participate in politics and become leaders. They are related to the field of management and work in municipal or provincial governments, companies, universities, NGOs, sectoral, union or related entities.

Minister Fernández highlighted “the talent, knowledge and training” of the participants. “This gives us the idea, as political leaders and provincial officials, that the verse they want to show us that we save ourselves here is a lie. “There are a lot of people worried about thinking that another model of life that they want to impose on us is possible.”

“Innovative ideas must be put into action that advance the development of the province, thinking about the issue of technological transformation, climate change or development and territorial insertion,” he stated.

“Every day and out loud, the President tells us that he is a mole who came to break the State. It could be an isolated event; However, there are plenty of senators who gave him delegated powers to break it. That destroys the quality of life of each of the Argentinians. That is why it is very important to delve into issues like this program, because what they do not have to steal from us is hope. And the hope is you: young professionals who are currently busy working and training. Willing to defend what we have. It is a present of struggle where we have to have firm positions like the one our governor Sergio Ziliotto has,” stated the minister.

For his part, Travella highlighted that this program aims to provide current perspectives and modern management tools to participants, allowing them to contribute to the generation of innovative public policy projects that provide concrete responses to current challenges in each province.

The modality is mixed (virtual and in-person) and there will be three thematic modules: Debates for Argentine development. Infrastructure and public services. Argentine productive structure and development policies.
