The scenarios that were visited were:
- Patinodrome: is in the process of liquidation proceedings. There are pending issues regarding finishes and electricity.
- BMX track: it was possible to supervise the construction and adaptation of a slab for the location of portable stands for 250 spectators.
- Aquatic Complex: the process is already closed. No interventions will be made.
- Jorge Arango Uribe Mayor Coliseum: it has a progress of 72.5%. A possible addition for interior finishes and facade is being analyzed.
The National Youth Games are planned to be held in parallel with conventional and Paralympic athletes, so accessibility to all sporting venues must be ensured.

- Climbing Wall: 2.9 billion pesos
- Swimming lane dividers and Tennis Tables.
The investment will allow the municipality to prepare a greater number of athletes with the best implementation and technology, this will help them to be prepared with world-class technical conditions.
