It also warns CNE, through the document, about alleged irregularities in the presentation of income and expense reports of the electoral campaign, where he commits to Ledys Susana Sánchez Díaz, as campaign manager, Paola del Pilar Colmenares Barreto, Cipriano Álfredo Peñaloza Peña and Javier Mauricio Piñeros Peñaloza as members of the committee of the Significant Group of Citizens called “All for Cúcuta”.
