The National Director of the Gendarmerie, Commander General Antonio José del Pilar Bogado, accompanied by the National Deputy Director, Commander General Javier Francisco Reniero, presided over the event where the command batons were handed over to the recently promoted General Commanders. The ceremony took place at the “General D Martín Miguel de Güemes” National Gendarmerie School.
During the day, Decree No. 439/2024 was read, which determines the promotion of Senior Commanders to the rank of General Commanders. Subsequently, the command batons to be delivered were blessed.
