In the last few hours, the Investigative Police (PDI) seized four vehicles with reported theft and altered serial numbers in the capital of Potosí, reported the Attorney General’s Office of the State of San Luis Potosí (FGESLP).
Three of the recovered vehicles are the result of the “tracker operation” organized by the Prosecutor’s Office in coordination with other security corporations.
Among the vehicles seized by the PDI, there is a Honda Civic type vehicle, which was detected to be circulating with an altered identification series, as well as a Volkswagen brand Saveiro type truck.
Likewise, within these tasks, a Hyundai brand Creta-type luxury truck was located, which had been reported robbed with violence since January 2, 2024 in the State of Guanajuato.
In other tasks related to the fight against vehicle theft, FGESLP agents seized a truck in the Industrias subdivision with signs of theft, which was under investigation after it was stolen on June 15 of this year.
Fiscal Agents Specialized in these crimes will carry out the appropriate actions in each matter, so that the units are returned to their legal origins as soon as possible.
