Elieser Emilio González Zayas, a 27-year-old young man, lost his life after an accident that occurred on the Cuabitas Highway, in Santiago de Cuba. The news was reported in a Facebook post by Yosmany Mayeta Labrada, who deeply regretted the death of the young man.
The tragic event took place when González Zayas hit an Operational Guard car the night before. Immediately after the accident, he underwent two emergency surgeries. Despite medical efforts, his family reported that González Zayas died shortly after the operations.
