Elieser Emilio González Zayas, a young 27-year-old motorcyclist, passed away this Monday after colliding with a police vehicle on Sunday night in Santiago de Cuba and undergoing two surgeries.
The communicator Yosmany Mayeta explained on his Facebook account that the family and friends of Emilio González Zayas informed him that the young man lost his life this Monday afternoon.

Mayeta reported this Sunday night that the incident, in which González’s motorcycle and a police car were involved, occurred on the Cuabitas highway. This town, on the outskirts of the city, is where the young man lived.
The motorcyclist was traveling at high speed and, after the collision, he was left lying on the street, according to eyewitnesses.
The police officer driving the patrol car appeared nervous and shocked, to the point that passersby had to intervene to calm him down.
This Monday, an accident also occurred in Santiago de Cuba in which a car suffered an accident on the road and forced the intervention of police, paramedics and firefighters at the scene.
Reports on social networks indicate that there could have been deaths in the incident, however, neither the authorities nor the official media reported what happened.
