The formation of tropical cyclone Alberto will bring rains for San Luis Potosí in the coming days, as reported by the National Metereological Service (SMN).
In this sense, the SMN announced that this tropical cyclone could form in the Gulf of Mexico during Tuesday, June 18. This would be the first phenomenon of the season in the country.
Likewise, derived from the interaction of low pressure channels, heavy to torrential rains will continue in the Mexican southeast. Currently the phenomenon is located 150 kilometers north-northwest of Sabancuy, Campeche.
In addition, strong winds and rain are expected in states in the northwest, north, northeast, east, center and west of Mexico. However, the hot weather will continue over the national territory, with temperatures above 40°C in 13 entities of the country.
Cyclone Alberto will bring rain to San Luis Potosí
Due to the above, San Luis Potosi Expect the arrival of “Alberto” in the coming days, or failing that, torrential rains, hail and strong winds caused by the phenomenon. It should be noted that the probability of formation is 70%, according to the SMN.
