Obramat, the Adeo group specialist dedicated to the distribution of construction and renovation materials for the professional sector, opens a new point of sale in Córdoba. Thus, as Alimarket Construction announced, the company opens to the public on June 19 the store it built in the La Torrecilla industrial estate in the capital of Córdoba, after holding an event the day before that included the participation of José Antonio Fernández, director of the Córdoba warehouse; Antonio Bullido, general director of Obramat; Adolfo Molina, delegate of the Government of the Junta de Andalucía in Córdoba, and José María Bellido, mayor of Córdoba, among other authorities.
Specifically, the center Located on Ingeniero Juan de la Cierva Street, it has a surface area of 10,750 m2, divided between an interior sales room of 5,500 m2, a construction materials yard of 2,750 m2 and an area reserved for logistics of 2,500 m2.. The new establishment, which has represented a investment of €15 million and employs 110 workers, offers customers more than 20,000 references from the best brands, structured into nine large sections: construction materials, wood and carpentry, tools, hardware, electricity, sanitary, plumbing-heating, ceramics and painting.
With this opening, Obramat reinforces its presence in Andalusia, where it already has six points of sale, located in Alcalá de Guadaíra and Bormujos (Seville), Málaga, Vícar (Almería) and Los Barrios (Cádiz), the latter inaugurated last summer. In addition, Leroy Merlin’s group partner increases its network to 38 warehouses, which now exceed 300,000 m2 of surface area together. Obramat reached a turnover of almost €1,548 M in 2022, 21.5% moreaccording to its latest available accounts, and employs 5,600 workers.
