Today, starting at 6:30 p.m., they celebrate at their headquarters with an event, live music, raffles and more proposals.

The Cervantes Institute celebrates 60 years of educational history. That is why this Tuesday, June 18, they will celebrate in the building located at 1793 Santa Rosa Street.

The event will have the participation of graduates of the institution and they will be presented with distinctions. In addition, there will be live music, raffles, toasts and the Deliberative Council of Córdoba will present a recognition for the career.

It should be noted that the entity arrived in Córdoba on June 22, 1964 at the hands of its founder Francisco Humberto Vitale, who dreamed of building an organization that would transcend the education of Córdoba and the country. This inauguration took place at Galería London, on Avenida General Paz 186. There the facilities were set up with the brand new Olivetti typewriters that allowed the Fingerprinting and Shorthand courses to be taught in the provincial capital.

Then, at the beginning of February 1973, Cervantes moved to its own new premises located in Galería Cinerama. In 1984, the current headquarters located at Santa Rosa 1793, in the heart of the Alberdi neighborhood, was acquired and remodeled.

In 1989 Cervantes was authorized by the Ministry of Education of the Province of Córdoba to grant official titles of national validity. Thus, in 1991 the Computer Systems Analyst career was opened, beginning a new stage in its long history as a leading institution of higher education.

Among other milestones, in 2021 to face current challenges, hybrid classrooms were inaugurated, a new system that allows access to classes through live virtuality, being able to interact with the teacher, from any technological device that have an internet connection.

Currently, Cervantes offers seven technical degrees with an official title and is a reference in educational matters.

On the other hand, Since June 13, registration was opened for the second semester of the Institución Cervantes courses that begins in August.

The proposals offered by the entity are: Higher Technical Degree in Occupational Hygiene and Safety, Higher Technical Degree in Business Administration, Higher Technical Degree in Marketing, Higher Technical Degree in Human Resources, Higher Technical Degree in Web Development and Digital Applications and Systems Analyst.
