(ADN).- In Río Negro, 190 thousand square meters of undeclared constructions were detected. The data arises from surveys by the Cadastre Directorate carried out in different locations in the province, through the use of technological tools and satellite images.
In total, the improvements incorporated, during the first four months of the year, amount to 190,000 m2 in San Carlos de Bariloche, El Bolsón, Cipolletti, Viedma, Cinco Saltos, Fernández Oro, Las Grutas and General Roca. They were charged ex officio in each of the missing properties.
The Government recalled that by Law, No. 3483 Art. 66, the owners/possessors must present to the Provincial cadastre any improvement or deterioration that modifies the cadastral valuation of their assets, whether construction, expansion, renovation, total demolition or partial buildings; and cases of non-compliance are subject to sanctions.
Survey operations are carried out permanently throughout the year, using technological and satellite tools or through on-site inspections.
