· Amelia Meneses, a 20-year-old Veterinary Medicine student, has qualified for the Nuestra Belleza Chile finals and now has her sights set on the Miss Earth Chile crown to represent our country internationally.
Amelia Meneses, who represents Viña del Mar in the contest, is passionate about the protection of fauna. Through her participation in Miss Earth Chile, she hopes to use her influence to promote conservation and respect for the country’s native and endemic species. Her love for animals and the environment motivates her to inspire others to actively participate in the preservation of our biodiversity.

In addition to being a surfer and diver, activities that connect her even more with nature, Amelia has found in beauty pageants a powerful platform to promote positive changes. “My love for animals led me to study Veterinary Medicine not only to care for them but to correctly inform society about their behavior and protection. Since I was a child I have wanted to make a difference in the world, and beauty pageants offer a great opportunity to promote philanthropic initiatives that generate a positive impact,” says Amelia.
