The deputy director of the Police, General Nicolás Zapata Restreporeported this Saturday that the main suspect in the car bomb attack perpetrated yesterday Friday in Taminango, Nariñoin which police assistant Santiago Moreno and two civilians lost their lives, is alias ‘Bush’ of the dissidents Central General Staff, EMC, of the FARC under the command of Iván Mordisco’.
He reported that for ‘Bush’, of the ‘Franco Benavides’ frontthe authorities offer a $50 million reward which are added to the $500 million from the National Government for information about alias ‘Iván Mordisco’.
“We already have reinforcements from the Police and we are clear that a reward of up to 50 million pesos is offered for alias ‘Mata’ and the others involved in this attack, which are added to the 500 million reward for alias ‘Iván Mordisco ‘”, declared the officer before entering the security council.
The authorities have assured that behind the violent escalation that has shaken Cauca, Valle del Cauca and Nariño there are the self-proclaimed dissidents of the FARC.
