Because he had an arrest warrant for the crime of qualified robbery in the form of vehicle theft with violence, Axel “N” was detained by agents of the Investigative Police (PDI) of the Attorney General’s Office of the State of San Luis Potosí ( FGESLP).
As a result of the respective field investigations, it was established that the accused had participated in the looting of a vehicle with a firearm.
The complaint for this event was presented by the victim to the law enforcement institution, for which an investigation file was opened.
After the work carried out by the investigating police, an agent from the Public Ministry was in charge of judicializing this case by requesting and obtaining the corresponding judicial order from the Judge.
Said mandate was completed by the operational staff of the Prosecutor’s Office after medical certification and reading of rights, so that Axel “N” was confined in the Penitentiary Center of the city of Potosí, at the disposal of the authority that requested it.
