Due to the fact where a lifeless body was found in the Tres Palmeras neighborhood, preventive detention was requested for the two detainees.
The criminal prosecutor 2 of the Serious Attacks against Persons Unit, Gabriel Gonzalez, charged two people detained as part of the investigation for the discovery of a lifeless man in Tres Palmeras, in the western area of the city of Salta.

Both people, assisted by the official defense, chose to testify and gave their version of the events.
The man was charged with the alleged crime of manslaughter aggravated by escape, while the woman was charged with concealment.
The autopsy determined that the victim died instantly due to severe brain trauma. The Prosecutor’s Office ordered this Thursday the delivery of the body to his relatives.
For his part, prosecutor González requested preventive detention for both defendants from the corresponding Court of Guarantees.
