Personnel from the Argentine Naval Prefecture carried out the search of a property located in the city of Miramar, by order of Dr. Ezequiel H. Andreani, deputy federal judge in charge of the Federal Court of Viedma, Criminal Secretariat of Dr. Marcelo Daniel Esteves, in relation to a case for alleged violations of Law 26,842 (on Human Trafficking).
The previous investigations, carried out by members of the Criminal Intelligence and Investigations Delegation of the Federal Security Force, found the whereabouts of a minor originally residing in the Rio Negro capital.
Personnel belonging to the National Program for the Rescue of Victims of Trafficking also participated in the operation, who conducted the corresponding interview with positive results, leaving the alleged victim in the protection of an adult, under the monitoring of the provincial Children’s Agency, the Street Operators Program, dependent on the Children’s service of the Municipality of Miramar.
